Authority:

Authority: Who are the authors, or who is responsible? What gives them their authority or expertise?

This is from a very popular magazine called Forbes. It is a financial magazine based on today’s money and money makers.

The author is  Peter Cohan.

I write from near Boston about startups and political economy. In 1994, I ditched corporate America and started a management consulting and venture capital firm (http://petercohan.com). Before that I worked at an IT consulting firm founded by four former MIT professors, for Harvard Business School professor, Michael Porter's consulting firm and at two Boston-based financial institutions. I became a Forbes contributor in April 2011. My 11th book is "Hungry Start-up Strategy: Creating New Ventures with Limited Resources and Unlimited Vision" (http://goo.gl/ygaUV). I also teach business strategy at Babson College in Wellesley, Mass
